The latest iGulu app is now available for iOS and Android.

To use the new app, your iGulu machine must first be upgraded to the required firmware version for your model.

Required Firmware Versions

Please upgrade your machine to the following firmware version before binding it to the new iGulu app:

• F1: 2.9.00
  Baseboard version: 3.5.6

• S1: 2.0.02

• S1 NEO: 2.0.00
  Baseboard version: 1.1.8

Current upgrade paths provided for each model are:

• F1: 2.8.5 → 2.9.00

• S1: 1.4.5 → 2.0.02

• S1 NEO: 1.4.0 → 2.0.00

Once the machine has been upgraded to the required firmware version, it can be reset and bound to the new iGulu app.

For Android Users

Download iGuluBlufi

If your machine is not currently connected to Wi-Fi, you can use iGuluBlufi to connect the machine to the network before upgrading the firmware.

Android Migration Steps for F1

1. Download iGuluBlufi

Download iGuluBlufi from Google Play.

2. Reset the F1

Reset the F1 machine.

After restarting, leave it on the screen displaying the QR code.

3. Connect the F1 to Wi-Fi

Open iGuluBlufi and scan the QR code displayed on the machine.

Then enter your Wi-Fi information to complete the connection.

If your F1 is running a much older firmware version, you may need to search for the machine ID through Bluetooth instead.

Please use a 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi network, as F1 does not support 5 GHz Wi-Fi.

4. Upgrade the Firmware

Once the F1 is successfully connected to Wi-Fi, go to:

Settings → Upgrade

If the current firmware version is 2.8.2 or earlier, upgrade the firmware in two stages:

1. Current version → 2.8.5

2. 2.8.5 → 2.9.00

After the upgrade is complete, check the firmware version.

If it shows:

2.9.00 FC3.5.6

the firmware upgrade has been completed successfully.

5. Download the Latest iGulu App

Download the latest iGulu Android app from Google Play

6. Reset the F1 Again

After the firmware upgrade is complete, reset the F1 again.

After restarting, leave it on the screen displaying the QR code.

7. Bind the F1 to the New App

Open the latest iGulu app and scan the new QR code displayed on the F1.

Follow the instructions in the app to complete device binding.

For iPhone Users

The Apple App Store currently has both the previous version and the latest version of the iGulu app.

To migrate your machine to the new iGulu app, please follow the steps below.

iOS Migration Steps

1. Use the Previous Version of the iGulu App

Use the previous version of the iGulu app to bind your machine.

2. Upgrade the Machine Firmware

With the machine bound to the previous app, upgrade the firmware to the required version for your model:

• F1: 2.9.00

• S1: 2.0.02

• S1 NEO: 2.0.00

For F1, the required baseboard version is 3.5.6.

For S1 NEO, the required baseboard version is 1.1.8.

3. Reset the Machine

Once the firmware upgrade is complete, reset the machine.

4. Switch to the Latest iGulu App

Open or download the latest version of the iGulu app from the Apple App Store

5. Bind the Machine Again

Use the latest iGulu app to bind the machine again.

Once the binding is complete, you can continue using the machine with the new iGulu app.
