Do I need a CO₂ cylinder to get started?Updated 2 months ago
No — it’s optional. The machine includes a built-in air pump for dispensing your brew. When using air pump only, we recommend enjoying your beer within 24 hours. For traditional carbonation, you may purchase a CO₂ cylinder separately. One cylinder carbonates up to 20 gallons of beer.
